Frequently asked questions
How our art is made, what you can do with it, and how the shop works. Can’t find your answer? Ask us directly.
What is VizAI Art?
VizAI Art is a small UK studio that makes themed A–Z alphabets, colouring pages and printable wall art. This website is our gallery and journal; printable files are sold in our shop.
Is your artwork made with AI?
Yes. We use AI image tools to create the raw material, then a person chooses the theme, rejects most results, fixes letters that do not match and arranges the finished sets. Nothing is published automatically.
Can I download images from the gallery?
Yes, you can download the preview images for your own personal, non-commercial use — for example as a wallpaper or a print for your own home. Previews are screen resolution; high-resolution printable files are in the shop.
Can I use your images commercially?
Not without a licence. Selling our images, printing them on products or using them in logos, merchandise or AI training requires written permission. Write to admin@vizai.art with details of what you have in mind.
What do I get when I buy from the shop?
A digital download: high-resolution image files ready to print at home or at a print shop. Nothing is posted to you. The product page lists what is included, and the files come with a personal-use licence.
What size can I print?
It depends on the set — each shop listing states the included sizes and resolution. As a rule of thumb, a file printed at 300 pixels per inch stays sharp at arm’s length; our guides explain how to check this before printing.
Can you make a custom alphabet or a name in a particular style?
Sometimes, yes. Tell us the theme, the colours and what you plan to use it for, and we will reply with what is possible. Custom work is quoted individually.
Why are there no cartoon characters or famous brands?
Because they belong to other people. We publish only original designs, so everything you see here can be shared and printed without worrying about someone else’s trademark.
How often do you add new collections?
Regularly, with seasonal sets — Halloween, Christmas, spring and back-to-school — added a few weeks before each season so there is time to print.
Are the colouring pages suitable for children?
Yes. The colouring pages are simple line art without text or violent imagery. Younger children usually prefer the pages with bigger shapes; older children and adults enjoy the detailed ones.
Where can I follow new releases?
On Pinterest, where we publish new pins every day, and in the journal on this website.
How do I contact you?
Email admin@vizai.art or use the contact form. We usually reply within a few working days. Questions about an order are best sent through the shop, so we can see your purchase.
Where are you based?
In the United Kingdom. Prices in the shop are in pounds sterling.
