VizAI.
Terms of Use

Terms for VizAI public galleries and integrations.

Public visitors can explore VizAI galleries and contact the project about licensing, collaboration, image rights, and future releases.

Acceptable use

Users and visitors may not use VizAI to violate platform rules, copyright, privacy, or applicable law. Optional integrations must respect granted OAuth scopes and platform policies.

Pinterest integration

Pinterest connectivity, when enabled, uses OAuth and only the scopes granted by the connected account. VizAI never requests or stores Pinterest passwords.

Generated and sourced assets

VizAI uses a combination of generated artwork, curated gallery sources, and selected assets. Availability, licensing, and downstream usage may depend on the original source and intended use.

Service evolution

VizAI may evolve over time with new collections, public pages, integrations, and creative services. Features may change as the project develops.

Pinterest OAuth — no password collection

VizAI connects to Pinterest exclusively via OAuth 2.0. VizAI never requests, stores, or transmits your Pinterest password. Authentication is delegated entirely to Pinterest. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser UI or in application logs.

Limitation of liability

VizAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VizAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including disruptions to Pinterest connectivity or data loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from the use of VizAI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.

Support

Questions about usage, support, licensing, or integrations can be sent to admin@vizai.art.
